Afternoon Tea at Kopi&Krem Milton Keynes

This blog post is very exciting for me because it’s my first one about food and I LOVE food!

Instagram is the best social media app for me because it's always connecting me to amazing businesses I can collaborate with.

Through Instagram i was connected with Kopi & Krem. A new cafe bar located in The Centre:MK between shops such as Pandora, Giraffe, Cafe Rouge, Spec Savers.

This unique new food spot opened in July 2018, offering South Asian and South East Asian food with Patisserie. From breakfast Pasties and Coffee, to lunch time deals and even Afternoon Tea!!!

I don’t know about you but when ever I am up in the centre MK I like to get my visit over and done with.. The Hustle and bustle of shoppers annoy's me. This place is ideal for that quick fix of yummy unique food that will defiantly have something on the menu to please your taste buds.

But it is also great as a pit stop to refresh before continuing with your shopping.

This beautiful cafe bar is easy to find with lovely welcoming staff and beautiful decor. The seating area has comfortable tall seats and even plugs to charge your phone,. which is a necessity in this day in age.

My Son Jack and I visited Kopi & Krem to experience their very special afternoon tea.

We sat down on the comfy stools and I was presented with a glass of champagne while Jack had juice. We had a very short wait before being presented with our Afternoon Tea.

It was presented in the cutest cardboard 4 teir cake stand.

Each tear was filled with a great selection of yummy food.

The bottom tear had mini toad in the hole, mini quiches, mango and coconut chicken stick and pastry’s filled with scrambled egg and salmon.

The chicken sticks were my favourite it was delicious I could have eaten more. Jack loved the chicken too.

We then moved on to the second tier.. 4 fruit scones.....

They came with pots of clotted cream and jam and we’re still warm! This part of the afternoon tea was certainly my favourite! I ate both of mine and half of Jacks.

By this time I won’t lie, I felt so full up. The last tier was a selection of different cakes from eclairs to red velvet slices. I was to full up to eat any cake, however Jack jumped straight in and ate three different cakes before he was finally full.

The cool thing about the afternoon tea was we could take away what we didn’t eat in the cute little portable stand. We had the remaining cakes later that day at home.

I loved the idea of takeaway afternoon tea and think it’s a great idea for events like birthdays. Baby showers ect. You could order your afternoon tea, then collect it from the Kopi&Krem and take it to your event.

Catering made super easy!!

Kopi & Krem is a lovely addition to the Centre:MK. Next time you are up the shopping centre go and check them out! Whether it be for a coffee and pastry to go, a quick lunch on your break from work or afternoon tea with friends to complete a shopping trip perfectly...

Me and Jack will definitely be going back on my next visit to the city.

Give them a follow on Social media

Lots of Love
